So I missed both SG DL and SGB today.

And I was planning on doing both. Jeeze...

SG DL sorta fell through because frankly I didn't feel like getting up at 7:30 to get there at 9. Well you could have shown up later! Well yeah, but that would mean trapsing through the park looking for the group and then asking, "excuse me, are you the sg folks?" to every group I see. Well you could look for the SG gear! Yeah, there's a shitpile of people in that place on weekends...it's not as easy to find someone as it sounds.

SGB I gave up on when (A) I couldn't find anyone to go with and (B) I saw the line to get in. (A) was the far more important of the two. Frankly I didn't feel like showing up at a venue all by myself where everyone knows each other and no one knows me. I inevitably leave these things early. Plus going to a stripshow by oneself is just plain creepy.

I might show up for SG DL for a little bit tomorrow. Dunno how long though, and the day is an optional one, so maybe no one will be there...

Oh well...

In other news, the new single from Goldfrapp titled "Number 1" is fucking awesome.
