okay here comes the psych major/behaviorist in me....but....

you have goals.
what are the plans? how are you going to go about doing that stuff... and what are you going when what happens isn't what you had planned or imagined?
what are your rewards for doing these things and what is your reward scale?
i'd really like to see you succeed in these goals. i think they are healthy and tailored well to you... nothing would make me happier than you and me having a beer or three at the spark or mootsy's when i roll in next time... smile
