So it's officially been a month since I've updated this thing.. New year, new lazy me .. But in all seriousness, I'm dedicating 2008 to getting out of debt, and saving up for some travels.. My friend who I had went out to visit in Hawaii last month, is moving home the end of this month or next month cause he's a snowboarder and has had enough of not being able to do it.. So we were sitting around bull shitting one night, and we got to talking about going to Australia after he moves home and backpack through there for a month.. So apparently it's on, and eventually we're going to be doing it.. Now comes the hardest part of all.. Getting the $$$$ to do such adventure..

I'm glad to be back, but I'm not.. Just like any vacation you never want it to end.. So I think I've changed a bit, because the trip has taught me alot about myself.. I know I'm a smart person, but just like anyone else, you have doubts about yourself at times.. And being that flying to Hawaii was my first time flying by myself, or traveling by myself, it was a little nerve racking, but I made it thru 2 layovers on the way out, and 1 layover on the way home.. But the most nerve shattering part was flying on a Boeing 767, which I might add is a engineering marvel when you look at the size of the plane in person and not in pictures.. Even though I got stuck dead center of the aisle, with a whole row of babies in front of me, and 2 8 month old twins seated beside me for 8 hours flying over the ocean.. I managed to pull thru with the help of some booze and prescription meds.. that made me a happy person, except for paying $7 for a Heineken and then after the guy takes off the cap tells me they have cheaper draught beers on tap over there.. Sneaky duty free bastards.. LOL..

So now I'm back to the " real world ", back at work, nothing's changed there period.. But that's expected..
