So, during my Monday drinking, I had a nice chat with the guy who runs the singer-songwriter night at my favorite bar. He asked me to sing So, sometime this month, I'm going to bust out the guitar and blow all those frat boy John Mayor clones away. It's gonna rule! Can't wait!

In other news, it's lookin like I'm going to be revising my plans for the next year. Supposing Jason and I keep going as well as we are (have I mentioned how much I adore him?), I'll most likely stay around here to teach for a year while he finishes nursing school. Then, we'll both take off to the west coast together...and here's the other secret...I expect to be engaged in the next few months. But, shhh....I'm not gonna jynx it.
