beyond_rhythm

Ahh. The frustration of monorhythmic (shut up, it's a word now) , somewhat-stagnant but off-to-a-beautiful-start song is over. Thanks to a refreshing jam with some friends earlier this evening, who have the same style as me (finally people i play naturally with, IN TOWN...). Came home and instantly started a new song which I was loving until I realized it would fit into above-noted latest song that I'm just not happy with. So...I took out the middle of the song and replaced it with this riff. It offsets the rhythm just right...it moves the song along perfectly....it leads into the bridge much MUCH better. I'm incredibly happy. Yay for inspiration and nocturnal creativity Ok, now that the excitement is out of my system...I am wading to bed!
