Oh. Yeah. So it's been a whole month since I've updated. Shame!
So Halloween. Way fun. Gonna miss it. Next year I must transition into grown-up Halloween mode and wear appropriate things to appropriate parties and talk about commonplace things with commonplace people. *sigh* Actually, I'll probably only move an hour away for my first year out of school...in which case, to hell with the real world. I'll go back to college Halloween weekend. Refocusing.
This Halloween....same as every Halloween down here. A bunch of drunken fun. I went as a flapper (picture to precede should I not get overly frustrated in trying to get it to appear) and the boy went as my pimp...which worked out quite well since I didn't have a jacket and his was exceptionally long. Then I made him dance with me at my favorite local bar where one of my favorite local bands was playing. He made fun of my hippie dancing, my sister stumbled about, perfectly underage, and Kat fell all over her new interest who is now on my revenge list for stealing her away from me. Rawr. (I say that with the most utmost enthusiasm...truly...) I actually approve of him. Freaks me out. But yeah so Halloween....way fun. Preceeded by a beautiful wedding where I convinced the bride to make all the bridesmaids (me included) wear faery wings AND I got to double as the flower girl. Heh. It was a gorgeous wedding. They had a very untraditional ceremony to include a toast at the end. It was beautiful. I'm stealing the book their ceremony came from
So yes. In short, I am alive. I've had some fun. I'm still mad crazy busy. All that jazz.
