i always learned about sleep paralysis in all my psych classes and never dealt with it until last night.

it was fucking freaky. it happened twice in a row.
i could not move and i was trying to hard to....
i could feel my soul trying so hard...
i tryed to call out to my kitty to wake me up but all that came out was heavy breathing with the syllables to his name.
i try to talk and i couldnt...my mouth and tongue wouldnt move...i could hear and feel myself tryin to get the words out...
i could hear the tv going on...i was awake...i couldnt move.
fucking freaky...
i didnt want to fall back asleep
every time i tried to go back to sleep my body would start to tingle and i could feel it coming on again...
i never want it to happen again...NEVER
god damn

i woke up with a fucking HORRIBLE headache and it just wont go away....
fuck... i gotta go to a dinner cruise in a bit.
i need a tie.
cause real women wear ties.
