Thank god for last minute low cost flights!
So after a rather extensive search, frenetic packing and overall holiday crazyness, I managed to go back home for a few days and spend xmas with my parents.
The only thing I hate of my "here today, gone tomorrow" lifestyle is that I don't get to see them as much as I'd like, usually just a month or two per year and I kind of miss them. Not to mention seeing my "little cousins" growing...hell when I left one was barely 10 and now she is 18 and it feels kind of odd to still have her in my head as little girl.
Well, I think I'll be going now to see if I can help with dinner, to anyone who reads this Merry Xmas and enjoy these days.
