So on the transition bit.

Things are going a bit better. I'm getting over the transferring to a new league thing. As far as I can tell, it's never easy for anyone. The fact of the matter is, each league operates very differently, as does each crew.

I've had a chance to talk to some people I look up to and who I can call mentors, who have gone through the same thing.

Overall, I'm happy here.

New job is good, I love the company...I don't care for the job itself, which is further proof, it's time to look at a change in careers, and I'm looking at marketing now, because it's something that seems to come naturally to me.
