so i had quite the weekend! i received a notice about a week ago on how wells fargo took almost 700.00 out of my account to cover an "overdraft" on another account. i recently refied my house and paid of a home equity loan, and assumed it had something to do with that. so when i finally sat down on friday to look at it, i realized it wasn't the home equity loan or my savings account number, but my brother's personal checking account!!!!!!!!! And fucking get this, my name is not on his checking account!!! I called Wells Fargo to get the transaction reversed and told them it couldn't be legal, and their response was that since my mother's name is on both his and my account as a secondary signer, it was legal for them to fucking drain my account to cover my brother's inablility to manage his money. To top it all off, my last paycheck from my brother's company bounced! So now I am fighting to get paid for my last paycheck and to get the money back that Wells decided to give to him. I feel like going Fight Club on their asses!
I went out and drank heavily instead
Needless to say, the funds that Wells took are back in my account, NO THANKS to Wells Fargo. and I will hopefully get my last paycheck back this week.
I still haven't found a job and am now looking at doing temp work in the meantime.
And on a lighter note, I had a sort of atypical valentine's day party at my house saturday night, the first get together I have had here since moving in this past October. It was fun. A good friend from highschool drove down to spend the evening with us, which was great, and the guy I've been sort of seeing even made an appearance.
Aside from that, not much else, still trying to start my own bookkeeping business, looking for a job and fighting with Hells Fargo I hope you all had a good v-day

Wells fargo never returned the funds, my brother did. So yeah Wells fargo sucks donkey dick still!!!
