Thought I might post a little update, although not much has been going on. For those of you keeping track, my husband has managed to lose yet another thing, his glasses this time. Pretty soon we won't have anything left!
I FINALLY got DSL, hooray! It really kicks ass. I am going to be cancelling my old account at earthlink, so for those of you that have my email address I will be sending the new one shortly, and if I forget remind me! I haven't had much time to do anything lately. Next week I start work REALLY early, but I'll get off at 2pm so I should have more time to get stuff done.
I went waterskiing again on Saturday. I am going to buy a wakeboard as soon as I get some $ saved so I can do fancier tricks. They are having a wakeboard competition this Sat. at the lake, but I will be working on the bathroom. Almost time to paint! We decided that we are going to paint white and pink harlequin diamonds on the walls. Our tiles are black and white, I think it will look good together. Although I am partial to pink, black and white. I'll post some pics once we make some more progress. Lately it's been sanding, sanding and more sanding. Sanding is my life. I could be a professional sander with all the experience I've gotten. The only good thing I can say about it is that it helps develop arm muscles. (which will come in handy for my water adventures.)
For the 4th of July I made a flag cake, but it got all melted and a corner fell off, so it looked really sad by the time we got to my Mom's house. So I decided to call it "What George Bush is doing to America." In other terms, slowly destroying it until it has no resemblance to what it should be.
Okay, I am going to go eat some cookies and finish making some cd's for my lovely friends.
