So I start the new job on Monday. The dress code is all black, which you wouldn't think would be a problem for me. Today I went looking through my closet and I really don't have as many all black work appropriate clothes as I thought I did. Especially since I am going to be wearing long sleeves, at least for a little while. (All black and long sleeves - I better make sure I have some good deodorant!) So I tried to go buy some new shirts, but I guess since it's summer long sleeves are "out". But I did buy a new pair of pants and a cute skirt, which I can not post any pics of because my absentminded husband lost the digital camera.
Tomorrow I am going to go to Santa Monica and do some more shopping. Hopefully that trip will prove to be more successful. One good thing, this is a great excuse to buy some new shoes! (Aw, come on, most of my black ones have some other color on them too!)
Oh, I wanted to ask - does my hair look like a wig in my profile pic? A hairdresser asked me if it was today... I don't know what to make of that.
