I ditched work last night and went to the shooting range in Burbank. It was so much fun! I think I need to buy an annual membership, because it's not cheap. If you have a membership you don't have to pay the gun rental fee either, which is like $10 -$15 per gun. So instead of being stuck with just one you could use all of them.
My sister was saying how she thinks it's not right that they have targets in the shape of a person, but I would much rather shoot at a person target than one that's shaped like a deer or other innocent animal.
Before we left, we were discussing what type of gun we wanted to rent. My sisters boyfriend was recommending that we get a 22 because she's never shot a gun before. I was arguing to get a 9mm or .45. This led to discussing what type of gun would injure someone the most if they were shot with it. We had to start laughing because we were going to call the range and ask "What's the deadliest gun you'll rent to us?" Sounds like something that they'd do on Crank Yankers. Could you imagine what they'd think?
