Today I feel like this

Today was a rough one at the day job. It was a major day as far as the transitioning of the service provider, so I did a lot of the crap I've been doing for the last time ever. You'd think I'd be happy, but it's really depressing. Ugh, I could use some rain for times like these.
I'm looking to purchase some inexpensive phot editing software. Does anyone have any recommendations?
