Wow, I've made a bit of progress since my last post 🤯 I didn't stop practicing digital drawing, and now I'm starting to submit my pieces into local shows. (Photo below of me at the Art on the Prairie Show held at the Plains Conservation Center with my Prairie Dog Mixed Media work.)
I was just accepted in my first gallery group show and I thought it'd pique your interest. It's a tattoo sleeve themed show at a gallery/tattoo studio. They have monthly themed shows, but this is my first time submitting art. Come check it out if you're local! I have plans to submit to their other upcoming shows, so if you can't make it this time, maybe in the future 🥰
The First Friday reception, Aug 4, will have discounts on special flash themed for the show, live music, and refreshments. I entered a Venus themed sleeve (shown in the flyer). I'm finding I like the gallery show setup. I like working on themed prompts and I do WAY better with a deadline set by someone else 😜
