Back in September I posted a few Do's and Dont's of BetteJean. You can find that HERE. I thought that I needed to update a bit.

Don't show me your penis: I don't want to see it. Seriously, I don't. Really. Don't show me your penis.
Do send me pictures of your cats and dogs. I like them
Do flirt with me (but only if you're a girl.)
Don't ask me how I'm doing or what's up and leave it at that. I'm tired of answering, "just got off of work, hanging out with my cats." It's depressing me.
Do tell me about your day, I like to know when you are having a good day. (Repeat from my last do's and don'ts but I still mean it.)
Don't be a stranger! Let's get to know each other!

A perfect example of a message to me would be;

Hey BetteJean,
How are the cats? I just finished (saving a hundred orphans and/or puppies from a burning building, working on my truck, watching a cool movie, looking at your set) and thought I'd say hi. What do you think about (the basketball post season never ending? The ecoli panic in Germany? Obama's ears? Corgi's wearing costumes? Unicorns and glitter?) Can't wait to hear your thoughts on these important matters. Talk to you soon,
