Mental health is like the theme for me this year. I've had my own issues, I've taken a friend to the mental health ward and now Ryan's mom, who has always had issues is now in the psych ward because her meds aren't working and they have to ween her off some meds and start her on others and doing it there is just the best option for her. So I'm seeing the inside of psych wards quite a bit lately. It's really intriguing to me and it turns out that most of my favorite movies or television episodes take place in psych wards. Tonight I'm visiting her again, the last few days she's been in really good spirits, but I always expect the worse because each day can be different. Today though I get to see not only her but her parents and sister are visiting too and I haven't seen them since Christmas. Ryan's family is really small and very close, I really am looking forward to seeing them. Kind of odd for it to take place in a psych ward though. Oh well. I'll take what I can get
