Haven't used my DSLR's on myself since....I shot my set Threadless. Today I felt brave enough to pull out my camera bag and tripod. It's crazy to me how anxious I am about photography now. It's such a huge part of me, yet I've been burned by it, it kind of hurts. But it felt great to bring myself out. I took a nap and woke up with a worst congested nose and fever. So that's what I was shooting through, but I like these. You can see my new hair style. I colored it dark brown/black and I trimmed my bangs shorter and straight across (I usually cut them jagged and messy on purpose.) I got a ton of compliments on it today at work from customers I've never met before, and one lady even remembered me from seeing me at JC Penny. To be living in a much bigger town it feels good to be recognized for my looks, though she said she remembered my shoes and then my different haircut, leave it to ladies to remember shoes, Lord knows I do
As I tweeted yesterday, the best way to describe my look as of late is "bohemian flapper girl." I finally found my point and shoot today after all the moving, so I'll try to take pics of my outfits, they're pretty nifty
I hope everyone has a great St. Patty's day, I don't really celebrate it and didn't have anyone to go out with tonight, plus that stupid congestion thing. But I work a green shirt under my uniform top today and I'm eating guacochips, they're green Good enough for me.
Also, the weather was so nice today! Yay! I don't think it's supposed to last, but boy was it great to walk out of work without the need of a jacket. More sun please!
