Today I actually felt like I have something to update that is somewhat new and positive.
Ryan's new job in the different town starts on March 1 and though we've applied for an apartment, we don't have one yet. Also, not much is packed. However, Ryan and I went through a lot of things today and threw away/donated a bunch of stuff so I feel like my life is way more uncluttered and I'm not so panicked. Tomorrow my plans are to drop off all the donation bags and boxes I have so far, do a ton of laundry, and get as much as I can packed while Ryan is at work. I haven't applied for any jobs yet at the new city but I think I'll be able to find something relatively fast. But my overall feelings at the moment are positive and hopeful. I'm not discouraged and that's a good thing.
What I haven't really been able to think about or prepare myself for is that I'm moving away from my family and it will only be me and Ryan in a whole new city. I thought I've had like 4 months to think about and prepare for this but now that it's a week away it's kind of like, "whoa, didn't see that coming." I guess I have something to talk to my counselor about tomorrow.
I hope everyone is doing well

Oatmeal is a good foot and leg exfoliant. You could treat yourself to a pedicure with your findings.

One week can be a lot longer than four months. Take care of yourself in the transition!
