I am loving Hawaiian Fruit Punch. I know it's not the healthiest of drinks, but it does have half the sugar of Mt. Dew. Making a difference.
Ryan is starting to work out, which is something he has never done in his life. He's on the Couch to 5k program and on the days in between his runs he works out in the living room. What impresses me the most is that he gets up at 5 in the morning every day to do it. Last year he started dieting which he had never done before and just by switching to diet soda, changing the times that he eats, and cutting his calories he lost 40 lbs. I think since I've seen how he has been with the diet thing then I can believe that he can do the work out thing and get into better shape.
I'm still just a lazy bum that manages to stay at 115 lbs.
