I realized today that yester day was my ex-friends birthday. I never really thought I'd have one of those. Not just any friend someone I loved deeply. (those who follow what I say will know her as my ex-girlfriend/bestfriend who is going out with my ex-boyfriend whom I caught making out lovingly in bed together next to me while he and I were still sort of together etc... etc...)
Anyway thats probably why I drempt about her.
I drempt we were at a sort of Chuck E Cheese like place.
Eventually we were carrying an odd christmas tree to put in her front yard! She was staying in the country. It was sometimes a cabin sometimes a trailer (a really nice one) and had been for some time.
It was almost as if that was really why I hadn't heard from her.
That and it showed, well, that she could be living somewhere new for months and I didn't even know.
There was something about school shootings.
There was a car covered in snow (her car?) and we made a snowman over it lying on its back and I dyed its mouth red and it helped keep up the funny xmas tree (I can still picture it in my head but its too difficult to explain right now) There was already one other xmas tree held up on boards in the yard.
And I told her that I had had a dream about her the night before where she was in a battle of the bands singing the Chasey Lane song (I really did and it was weird because she was singing you've had a lot of dick but you ain't had mine and shes a girl and her mom was in the audience). I told her that the other dream was a bad dream/nightmare.
And it was understood and it was okay.
I think she might have been playing the harmonica. And my dad might have been there.
And when we were at the Chuck E Cheese like place we were with the Olsen twins. The whole Olsen family actually and it was their birthday. Our food was supposed to be complimentary but the guy at the counter didn't know who they were.
