have heard from my photographer and she will shoot a set for me in july. That's great! I have been happy the last few days. My parents and my brother are visiting and I think I needed to be with them. I have sold lots of hello Kitty things so that's good too.

That's great - I'm always happy when my friends are happy - I don't know why, bullshit, I do know why - their depression dpresses me, I try to cheer them, sometimes it works and other times, well, I just get really down - has to do with biorythms, maybe.
Anyway, have you managed to access those Word files I sent you? Because there is also a sample or two of my stuff on Myras page - in the set "The Hot Seat," there's one and I also wrote the poem that Myra reads in "Pink Flare."

You just need to build up the confidence to know you look and feel awesome no matter your wait...that is the key. It is all a mind-set. You need to be comfortable with yourself in understanding you needn't compete for looks. You need to just get in a comfort zone with yourself and your own body. And distractions and hobbies to occupy your time so you don't focus. Remember, you look great!!!

Be strong, try and limit your drinking at first, try 1 drink, then a water, or a soft drink - that might help. Drinking with a meal is fine, because the food helps absorb the alcohol, I hope it goes well for you, anyway.

Don't call it a diet...just think of it as a "lifestyle change"...something long term. Eat healthy....enjoy the true virtues of life. I try and eat healthy and exercise...then you can occasionally splurge in the lifestyle and enjoy those periodic lapses!
