Well, what's new? I'm on a diet, because I'm almost fat these days. Or not fat, but I still need to diet. No starvation this time. I still eat. I just eat less bad stuff.
And I've decided to stop drinking. It might sound like not so fun but I have realized that most bad things that happens to me happens when alcohol is involved. So no more drinking for a while, and then I'll se if I well better.
My wonderful sister is coming to visit today! I really miss her. She will bring the camera stative (or what it's called) so we can take lots of great pictures.
I wish she would be a member here to. She could easily be a SG ^_^ Now I have to go to the psychiatrist and leave some papers for her.

Don't call it a diet...just think of it as a "lifestyle change"...something long term. Eat healthy....enjoy the true virtues of life. I try and eat healthy and exercise...then you can occasionally splurge in the lifestyle and enjoy those periodic lapses!
