The Sainsburies supermarket in New Cross Gate is recording a new television advert at the moment, they made my short outing to get pistachios a momentous expedition!! I had to walk around the whole carpark, god damn it!!
Anyway, I'm feeling really weird at the moment. I have this opportunity to move to Portland (UK) and get out of London. I have always lived in London and I know that most people love it and maybe I'm being ungrateful but it just bores me silly. I am bored with clubs, the music scene, the extortionate rent, living on the breadline and working a shit job. All my friends have moved on or have been diqualified from my friend list.
The only thing I will really miss is my mum, dad and brother who live on the outskirts of London. Apart from that there is nothing holding me to stay, my boyfriend and I have discussed it and he seems really up for it.
The other thing I really worry about is the job availablility down on the coast. I'm not normal looking to say the least (although I can hide the majority of my tattoos and change my piercings) so I'm not sure how it will work out.
I would really like to start again though in a new place. My boyfriend and I had to deal with so much shit when we first got together and friends who we thought were friends turned out to be double agents. It would just be nice to have no history for a change. We will have been seeing each other for 2 years on July 4th, so I think we are pretty stable. I need to get him a present, and he better get me one too!!
