So yesterday was the closing on my house. That's right, I now own a house... It's so amazing to me. Most of my life I haven't really had anything big or expensive. And now at the age of 21 I own a house. Well I have a mortgage and all, but still you know what I mean by own. It's such a great feeling, and I wish I had the words to express it. But I don't. As soon as they gave me the keys, I went over and just sat in the middle of an empty room in complete silence. It was one of the best moments in my life so far.
So last night me and my guy friends were over at the new house working on painting it. My roomies, Carlos, room is black. It's the color he wanted it, and I told him I really didn't care. So it's black for now. This weekend our friend is coming over and he is going to spray paint some designs on top of the black which should look spiffy. My room is going to be a really dark purple color, the only room we finished so far is Carlos's. The bathroom upstairs, is going to be white with red handprints over it. We made the decision to keep the downstairs somewhat looking. Okay, I'm rambling on here, and I'm sure you stopped reading a long time ago. But I'm so freaking excited and happy, I could really careless. I haven't been this happy in years.
