Dream report....

1) Work/Horror: I dreamt last night that I was watching Wes Craven's new movie, which was a vampire musical. The vampires were singing and dancing and drinking blood in a huge gothic mausoleum, but more in a David Lynch way than in a Pippin way.

It was AWESOME. I could not wait to steal the screener copy I was watching and share it with my friends. And the whole time I was thinking, "This is so much better than CURSED! If people can accept a vampire musical as a mainstream horror hit, this movie could save Wes's career!"

It was as if RED EYE never happened.

2) Sex: I dreamt that a girl neighbor of mine [who looked like a cross between Fairuza Balk and Lauren Ambrose, somehow] was locked out of her apartment. I used my skeleton key to the building to let her in. The woman's legs were all scratched up from crawling around on the ground looking for her lost key. Also, she was a total bitch. For some reason these things turned me on and once I let her into her apartment, I jumped her bones. And she totally wanted me; that's why she was so bitchy.

I am so glad it's Friday. Bosses' insanity is already turned up to eleven, though, because they are leaving the country this weekend and are terrified the company will fall apart while they're gone...

How many musical horror films are there, really? Is CANNIBAL: THE MUSICAL really a musical? I guess Happiness of the Katakuris is probably my fave horror musical, if only by default. And of course Rocky Horror rocks the body that rocks the party.

Praise the lord.
