Looks like you have some good [edited to read "good" rather than "god"--perhaps they were divine, but...] instructions there. The key thing is that FIRST you have to upload whatever you want to insert to the SG site in your pics.
Then, you open the pic you want to insert and follow the instructions above.
Now that you have copied the location of the pic to the clipboard, you are ready to insert in your post by looking over at the little menu with smiles and such that also says "INSERT" and then says URL, Member Name, etc. You want to pick "Image." When you hit that, it asks you for the image location, and you paste in the location yuou copied.
The first time I did it I went "OH! So *THAT'S* how you do it... How easy!" And it is, as soon as you figure it out, which wasn't too easy for me either.
