Kansas City is one of the worst cities for dating. Thank the Gods for SG. At least now we have better chances of meeting people with similar interests. How did the interview go?

think I went through KC one time.. iirc it was windy and dusty, or I'm confusing it with some other place that I've visited in my constant moving across the country from place to place lol.

At least you care enough about your son to spend the weekends with him. No bitterness on my end. Ha. Good luck with the potential job. I want to see Robots. Maybe when I get paid again I'll take the kiddo if the grandparents don't beat me to it.

I don't mind rambling, lol. I usually don't look for relationships. They always seem to come to me. I guess, I am happy when I set aside the stress and anxiety. He's so nice and I'm scared of nice guys. I'm afraid I'm going to turn them mean and make them into horrid jerky men who will torment some chic with a bad relationship after things don't work with me, lol. I guess that's kind of wrong of me to think I'd have that much effect on a person.. b/c I probably don't, but you never know so I feel it's a valid fear. On a less wacky note; that movie was good.

I'm sure he's adorable. I can't imagine having a child and then not being able to be with them constantly; it must suck.

Some weeks the only thing that gets me by is my friends online, lol. Kids are awesome, if they're well behaved. After working in retail I seriously debate ever having kids. Friday and Staurday nights are the worse. Kids rampaging through the store stressing the animals out while their parents stand around talking not even watching their kids. I truly enjoy walking up to the parents of a decidly unruly child and asking them to "control their child(ren)" The looks I get make my night

I can't do anything but nod silent agreement on the attempting to stay sane. The inanity of everyday life just doesn't seem to let up these days.

And I know about the lonely thing. Maybe it's the weather or something.
