My brain is on overload. I had my weekly therapy today, and it's got me thinking about things all over again. I don't want to think anymore. I just want to be. Be happy mostly, but be. Be me, and not be me sometimes too. I don't have options as far my depression spiral goes, I'm going going gone I think. I love and hate life all at the same time. Fuck the process. This to shall pass I suppose. So here's some music I listen to when I feel this way:

Therapy doesn't begin to work until it stirs up the silt and brings the shit to the surface so it can be scooped out of the water. It sounds like you are on your way to clear waters.
