I'm so sad....I'm so hungry. I am like a piggy trapped in a little body lol. I go through these periods of time though, where I am so unsatiably hungry!! These are the times when I inevitably tell myself this is how it feels to maintain skinny. There is a lot very wrong with telling yourself that. Let me make it clear that i was a little person, had a baby lost weight, became a big person and went back to being a little person. So understanding my body has been a physical yoyo might help your point of view. I know that starving isn't the feeling of maintaining skinny, but sometimes it helps just to get this shit off your chest.

Sometimes it's just what you eat. If you're eating low-cal, and you grab french fries and a candy bar, you will be hungry later. But if you're eating the right stuff you shouldn't feel like that. I recently changed my ways, and have been feeling so much better emotionally and phsically. Good luck!
