So last night I received a 4 page apology. Half a box of Kleenex later, I was able to compose myself a bit.

On the one hand, since I wasnt expecting an apology of any kind, it was appreciated. On the other hand, the apology hurt almost as much as the betrayal. If not more.
Woke up with a splitting headache from all the crying. Still battling the migraine. Plus I fell asleep funny so my neck hurts like hell too. Another cold wet dreary day.
The kind of day I wish I could spend curled up in bed under the covers.
Physically, mentally & emotionally exhausted.

Remember that an apology can be almost as manipulative as abuse, if not more so. It was unsolicited, it's not relevant to your decision, and I guess you know that. Big hugs though
