So my laptop seems to be completely FUBAR now. I've scanned the damn thing for viruses about 800 times but it says its clean. It says it is connected to the internet and yet when i try to do something that requires a connection (like updating my virus scan) it says it is NOT connected.
Now it won't let me open programs. Any program. I try to open up Firefox, or Irfanview, or Explorer, or Word, etc. & it asks me what program I want to open the program with?!?!?
Only thing I am able to open right now is pdf's for some strange reason.
I am updating from work (eek).
*sigh* maybe it is time for a new laptop (although this one is less than 5yo).

I think I am gonna go out tomorrow & buy some thumb drives to put all my documents & images on & start over on this. Or i might let the geek squad take a peek (after i remove nekkid pics of myself & bf lol).
Altho i am reluctant to even bother. They keys are f*cked up, my space bar works only 1/2 the time. My "m" key was pissing me off so much i finally just took it off. I would really rather have a new laptop & start over. But i really shouldn't be spending the $.
