Hi again! Updated the website yesterday with two more new pages, AND I'm really excited to have buttons and stickers now featured to advertise my comic - click here and the links to buy them are at the bottom of the page. Proceeds will go to me so I don't have to live off of Ramen noodles for the rest of my life tongue

I primarily use oils on masonite-I suppose it's quasi-mythological figurative stuff. I find it difficult to write about it because it's not quite fantasy,low-brow,or surrealism. But at the same time it's been called all those things..(but what do I know)--so tell me what your book is about??

Saturday night I went to a party at a friend's house. I was told the party was for my friend Stephanie, but I didn't know why until I got there. Apparently she is going to be deployed to Iraq this Wednesday for two years. She's actually excited about it, ironically. Unfortunately in a very bad turn of events, at around 3am she walked by a...

Awesome to hear you're voting libertarian smile

hello... you might not care, but please vote for Kerry this time. never lose sight of what's really important because that will come in handy in the next election, but this one is really important. sorry to be like this...

about the tattoos, i have a victorian floral design in shape of triangle in the small of my back and a mandala with a Katsushika Hokusai style wave (very similar to "In the Hollow of a Wave off the Coast at Kanagawa") inside on my back between my shoulder blades.

next one: one or two peacock feathers either on the ribs or somewhere on my back... i'm looking to cover up the victorian floral print...

sucks for your friend, hope she feels better! blackeyed

I just got back from the Twin Cities Fall Con - I had a blast! I took pictures of my journey at the con and created a folder for them here. It was so much fun to see all my old college buddies and some professionals I worked with. It made me want to move back to the Twin Cities - I even got into...

Ahhh, the wonders of cruise control. I couldn't live without it.

I used to be in sci-fi/fantasy publishing (I worked for Tor books) and went to a bunch of cons. A bit different from comic cons I'm sure. Really wasn't my scene but I always ended up having a lot of fun and got to meet come crazy people. The only comic related people I met were cross-genre folks like Neil Gaiman. Comic folks seem to think thats pretty cool. whatever I liked the stuff I read in pomo fiction class like Maus and whatnot. Some Batman too.

When I was a kid I was obsessed with war comics: Sgt. Rock and G.I. Combat were my faves. Do they still print stuff like that? smile

man, that would be great if you could get work with Dead Dog..it would be a great way to get yourself out there...and that pic with Dr. Doom beats ass skull

Hey everybody! I overhauled my website with "next" and "previous" links for all of my comics pages to make it easier to navigate and keep a flow to the story. The "story gap" between pages 14 and 29 are closing in one page/week, plus I'm updating with the latest page (currenlty at page 45). Now I'm going to print out some Deftoons propoganda that I...

So Friday night I went to Milwaukee with my friend Heather and spent the night at her mom's. On Friday night we went to Comedy Sports - hilarious! I never laughed that hard in years! Saturday we visited her Aunt in Whitefish Bay, who's a Court of Appeals judge and has a LOT of money. Their house is gorgeous, right on a bluff on the...

My old buddy Shawn's dad has a 1978 Porsche 911 in the car show downtown last Friday night so I wanted to go see it. So me and my friend Heather went to meet up with Shawn at Polly's bar. By the time I got there, he was already sloshed out of his mind as well as his friends. It was funny, eventually after perusing...
