My old buddy Shawn's dad has a 1978 Porsche 911 in the car show downtown last Friday night so I wanted to go see it. So me and my friend Heather went to meet up with Shawn at Polly's bar. By the time I got there, he was already sloshed out of his mind as well as his friends. It was funny, eventually after perusing around the show downtown me and Heather wound up losing him - oh well. The cars were really nice, but I don't know much about them so I paid more attention to their appearance rather than what they had under the hood. After seeing all the cars we went to see Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow - fuckin' awesome movie! I loved it! Angelina Jolie had a small role in it but god-DAMN is she sexy.
Saturday I didn't get to Oktoberfest until very late, but the streets were packed with people and the food was naturally delicious and greasy as fuck. I wish Oktoberfest was TWO days instead of one. There's just too much to eat and look at in one day.
