All things said and done...eh.. I FINALLY worked out most of the study abroad situation. They are still trying to make me pay $1500 for "expenses rendered" even though I am not going to France. They still haven't emailed me back to tell me what expenses were rendered, though. I might still be able to fight it. BUT.. I may have to drop my summer course and tack it on the fall. If I do that then their own grant to me would go right back to them. I wouldn't be out any cash though. So..eh.
This week was well needed, I think. I just took it easy. I got the major important stuff done, but then just kicked back. I am floating right there between immaturity and responsibility.....I think it's called boredom. It was a needed week for my psyche, but now I am ready to start using my days productively and get active. Working out, studying, playing with my camera, flirting at the pool...you get the point.
Oh and exciting news... I start my volunteer work at the hospital on June 2nd. I'm totally stoked.
