Bender's adventures in job hunting

Day 2:

So I droppped off another 37 resumes today, two day total being 106. I have three blocks of work with a moving company, I have a feeling that they won't be full days but I'll see, starting saturday.

Dropped a resume off at the union (local 1204), which some how failed to keep my mom happy. I think the building has some of the same grafiti on it from when i first applied there back in '01.

Picked up my checks at my old job, which despite signing checks for months that have ___ banked hours remaining written on them the manager was surprised at how much money he just signed away.

Tattoo of the day: a cougar on the ankle of a 40ish mother of at least 2

I've got a day of odd jobbing at a landscaping/ design place, maybe more time there but I think that offer might expire at the end of the week and thursday is the only full day I don't have accounted for.

I dropped applications off at a few cabinette making places, one of them sounded interested in my questionable qualifications. And wall assembly shop sounded like they maybe highering when they move into there new shop. Really they should be highering as there new place is 10 times bigger then the place there in now.

I might have a welding job at one of two boat shops I hit today.


All and all a good day of job hunting I think. And got to check out some some hot, friendly, sweaty, braless, tanned, lanscaper girls too. I need a girlfriend.
