I checked MLS to see if there now weren't any place in my price range, and what do I find??? Three that are cheaper and already updated or new! where the fuck were they three months ago??? not that I really wanted a place that was updated but I would like to know that they command a price premium, is that too much to ask?

I've started tile prep and I've got everything to get going on that now, except some more screws that I'm buying today. But monday is tomorrow so back to work. and start your 33 minutes all over again.
