So I looked at another place. It was big for a one bedroom, that was nice. $15 grand over my price range and got an accepted offer with in 24 hrs. not so nice. How can theses people have a job to support a mortgage and still be able to get to them so fast! 
I found the web site for a cool fuel producing company (mostly 'cause I looked) Renewable Enviromental Solutions They could produce 75% of the oil used by the united states from waste animal products, while being energy self sufficient, and environmentally friendly. And that doesn't include most of the stuff they make bio-diesel and ethanol for fuel out of now. 75% That means if everyone woke up one morning, stopped driving fuel inefficient vehicles like this
And start driving small, 'simple', cleaner, more fuel efficient diesels like this
The US could stop buying foreign fossil fuels, and domestic fossil fuels for that matter. Which as I recall has gotten them into a war recently.
On the waitress front I managed to see Jane a the pub she works at and have a little chat, It turns out she's leaving town in two weeks. I'm going to stop by after work and say hi. On the plus side Sarah my waitress from a couple of journals ago (that looks like dewees) ended up being my server again. This time she circled her name on the bill and wrote thanks on the back so I left my name and a 25%-31% tip. She also knows I'm not too horrible of a person since one of her co-workers was happily chatting with me.
The convertible is running again, so I'm working on the back brakes. Maybe next week I can start rust repair on it.
