*ping* Just to finally update again, I always forget to do such things. Just returned home from picking up my friend from his graduation at Parris Island. I'm really happy to have him around again for awhile, and proud as hell of him. I fully expect a few weeks worth of partying to be undertaken once we recover from the 11 or so hour trip!
Boy, is it forever between updates for me...goes to show I have a boring life.
Anyway, at least next weekend should be good, I'm heading up to Origins(in Columbus, OH)...so it's at least a bit of time out of MS with friends, and surrounded by other gamers. I predict drunken party at least one night

THANK YOU! Starcraft! I can never remember the name of that game! I LOVE that game! I spent like a month creating this one scenario one time...a space station with aliens lurking about..The aliens had taken over the entire station and only a handful of people had survived by locking themselves in the inner vault. The only problem was, the aliens had already destroyed the mechanism the group needed, on the inside of the room, to unlock the door and escape. The quest was to locate the switch at the far side of the station that unlocked the inner vault from the outside, and then hurry up and get to the inner vault, rescue the team and haul ass back to the ship at the dock, leaving with as little casualties as possible...all of my toggle switches worked with the exception of that one stupid door so everyone ended up dying, but it was a cool idea anyway! LOL I was just trying to figure out what the hell went wrong when I ended up leaving my ex-husband and the game with him...so alas I have not played it in YEARS..but man was it fun to create that stuff! LOL
Ooooooh, I want to see Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy so badly! That just looks too cool! Vandilous has actually read the book...I have not...I was thinking about reading it before I saw the movie...but I will certainly read it afterwards..you know..and we even went to the bookstore today..I KNEW there was a book I wanted to get..I just coulnd't remember what it was! LOL

I know how you feel..I was diagnosed with hypertension at the tender age of 18 and I also have a high heart rate..I had a heart attack a year ago..probably stress induced...so I feel ya on that one....I'm on two meds now...kind of puts a damper on partying..but I do it anyway..I figure, you only live once! And since I dont' know exactly how long that life will be...I party! Sad, but true...

We have a few strip clubs here...and some of the girls, even though it's illegal, still go bottomless after a certain time at night..I think it's 11pm or something like that...but I'm sure the ones in Memphis would be awesome! I had gotten used to Houston strip clubs...and was seriously disappointed for a while after moving to Mississippi at the quality of clubs and girls...OMG and they don't even HAVE strip clubs in Hattiesburg! Is that crazy or what?!?! It was like living in hell there...seriously...it was like one big christian retirement community! Not a good place for young people to live.
