I was being a pussy. I went to the doctor today. Which is something i avoid at all cost. But since i am finally insured i went. The doctor lady said I need to get out and get some excersize, which i usually do but not during overtime. So I have just been sitting in my chair too much. 16hours a day I could have hurt my back fucking Sat Night. Damn that woas good. The doctor told me i am having back spasms and to go swimming, and to get some excersize during the overtime season
