so i have taken this weekend as my own. well sort of. there was of course the requisite good friday spent at work being reminded that life is easy because 70% of people are genetically lazy or some shit like that. let me add a caveat that life is easy because of those 70%, because their stupidity pays my ticket, but life is also a big pain in the ass at times. that same cohort, the dirt 70%, well they are the same people that vote based on what the TV says, and they are the very same stream of obese consciousness that keeps mcdonalds flush with cash and ensures that minnie mouse is wearing tiny panties.
aside from the stupid people, i have had a fantastic time with spring cleaning. i have put out to trash so much junk. someone is swallowing up these pieces of furniture quite quickly though. it is now like a game. i will put something out and see how long it takes to be stolen away. i literally have one full room of junk. 5 cases of books, two shelves of computer peripheral junk, so much shit and then some more shit, and of course clothes.
it is in a holding pattern in my spare room for one week, and then it shall be made to vanish. i guess anything i have not touched in 12 months has to go; that, and items that have no real sentimental value. where does all of this shit come from?
