Been on the UG for about a year though Ive been checking it for a few years. Post on the OG occasionally but tend to just read it.

As for training Im out west so Im not sure about the schools out there. Off the top of my head I would suggest trying to find Mark Bocek for BJJ. Hes affiliated with Nova Uniao so you cant go wrong and Carlos Newton works out with him from time to time and maybe youll get a chance to get tapped by Carlos.
