So im super anxious to do another set, but im having a difficult time trying to gain weight. its pretty impossible actually! ive been drinking boost energy drinks, it has lots of protein, but the foods i can eat are so llimited that im losing hope. I was thinking a real nice tan might help, but theres no covering up the ribs that poke out of my chest like an anorexic girl! i would take a picture and show you but im not down for grossing anyone out right now.

and on that note, im going to scrounge around for something to fatten me up!
p.s. im screwed for life. Cant have dairy, alcohol, fried or spicy foods, raw veggies, fruits high in sugar, seeds, nuts, so whats left lol!

i struggled putting weight on when i was younger, i know how hard it can be,
just try not to focus on it and keep active, it helps build up your muscle strengh
