I have made mention of my knee that needs replacing and has been a constant painful companion and gives me a permanent limp. I have adapted as much as I can, which means as little activity that requires the knee, which is a great deal of them. Reading and writing have gotten me through it, as well as a more or less low calorie diet. We do what we can when in physical or mental duress, and you have shown us how well you have overcome your own duress. Thank god we have great and wonderful people to support us!!
