I know Ive pretty much been M.I.A for a few weeks now. I was helping my partner in crime open and run a coffee house. Well as we usually do we were trusting and poured our souls into this. SoPhast (the hubby) busted his proverbial balls and got the doors open in just 2 weeks and helped get it to the point where it is a fully self sufficient business and making nubers twice to three times that of what the owner thought they could do.
So in good Ol boss/business owner style he fucked us. Tonight he drops the bomb that the schedule they have running right now needs to be cut and peoples hours are going to be reduced to nothing. He had SoPhast down to 25 hours a week (and hes supposed to be running the place) and the other employees are reduced to 15-20 (he was also told when he started the minimum amount of time he will be working would be 40 hours). Mind you just 3 days ago SoPhast was forced to hire on the general managers niece even though he fought that they did not need another person and people would already be loosing hours. SO greed wins over again and my poor other half has to go out into the world and look for a more promising job.
In all honesty I think he would have become bored and frustrated with the job after it got really going. I know Im a bit biased but I wouldnt marry anything but a geniusand he can do much much better and grander things.
But I feel for him cause tomorrow the employees are going to be coming to him in desperation asking what has happed to their hours .how are they going to be able to support them selves??? How will they pay rent. And my better half who wares his hart on his sleeve and would give away his last piece of bread to any one who needed has to tell these people he has become friends with that there is nothing he can do .
He is such a sweet smart caring man and far to trusting and people keep taking him for a ride.
GAH!!! Im so angry right now I could shit.you know I really think god should have given me a penis because I have a real urge to go pee in the owners car windows right now.He is just parked just right across the street. Damn I need a pee pee.
No worries though folks Karma is a bitch and a righteous women all will be in order. And if shes too slow on pick up..well as any of my good friends know I can hold a mean grudge and can and will reap the worst revenge upon those who cross me. Im rather good at it and creative to boot. MWAAA HA HA HA HA (evil laughter)

if the hours were cut that much wont they have trouble running the place? id think so.
anyways i hope he can find a better job soon.
