fog descended on us again last night
left behind something a little more tangible than just mist washing past your face
i feel like i'm on the island again
i miss my summer
played some Acquire last night. my reign of terror was toppled as i lost handily. it makes me sad, but i will rise again. the basement has never known such a champion.
evil roommate stole all the hot water again this morning. i'm about 1 more shower away from ripping shit up and making him pay for over half of the water bill. this time, no one will be safe from the wrath, unless they take shorter than 40 minute showers each morning.
i leave for Calgary tomorrow for 6 days. i'm excited but sad all at the same time. if given the choice, i'd rather the boy was with me...but he must work and isn't able to come along. so i'll be there by myself. however, the conference i'm going for should be good times, even if the 2 days of meetings before that suck ass.
some questions for you this fine monday:

4) i want to change my profile picture. what should i consider when i'm changing it?

i had a roommate whose girlfriend would steal the hot water for the whole building when she took one of her famous one hour showers, always when i had to get ready for work in the morning. i wanted to throttle her.
she informed me two years later that she'd started taking baths.
1) my second one, it's as long as my thumb, and ten times as ugly, and i love it.
2) the cold. i have always enjoyed cold more than hot.
