cold wind bites through my jeans. my nylon hood keeps the wind from my ears. the boots keep my feet warm, but it's still miserable and cold and windy outside and i wish i was still in bed with the warm guy and the warm cat and the warm blankets.
the weekend was rather uneventful. my sister came over and did laundry for nearly 8 hours. her and her fiancee live in an apartment building with a bunch of laundry room jerks (no schedule, just free-for-all) and they can never seem to get a good chunk of time to get it done. so she came over, did laundry, and studied for finals. it was nice to have her around, even if we had to leave early for supper with the guy's parents and our long-standing sunday night game.
today i hope to be productive, but i'll let you know how that goes.
about mondays:
i like that i've had two days off (most of the time) and am somewhat refreshed and ready to work.
i dislike that i can't have a three day weekend and wish that it could be some sort of holiday every monday. four day work weeks would be so much better.

Monday i'm usually fried to some degree so its always a kind of blur.
today was stupidly hot.
I think, i dislike the fact that I'm generally broke on mondays.. but I like mondays because monday is the day before Tuesday and Tuesday is me and my gal-pals hanging out drinking day.
