I was so happy to get out a bunch of times this week hiking. Can't wait to find a spot next week!
Oh and good news. I created a model mayhem account and hope to find a few awesome photographers. What a bummer that I emailed every single SG photographer in my area and not ONE got back to me. SG is just too big now...they forgot about all the little guys. All the bigshots who created this thing have just been kicking back. They should try and add more available photographers to the site if they really want to help girls out there like me, who don't have the necessary funds, equipment or knowldge to get these things done.
Though of course, as SOON SG account is expired that message from Missy comes every day basically about "renewing because it's such an amazing community"...and that it is, but the resources that are supposed to present and available to ladies like myself are just nonexistent. But Model Mayhem is very promising and I am quite enticed by the plethora of opportunities in just ONE day!
Thank you though, listeners, friends, stalkers of SG who stick around despite these faults. I do love SG and have had my eye on it since 2006, though did not get to create a profile until a few years ago, but am happy to have one because I get to meet others around the world who are like myself or similar.
