Angie and I went to see Brokeback on opening night here in Pittsbugh down at Loews. Me: Let's go early. Angie: No one is gonna be ther to see it, I doubt anyone even knows its out.... we get there and there's a long line. me: smug. HAH told you.
I enjoy being right even if it makes me seem like a little child. I don't care. But yes it was amazing. Best movie I've seen in SUCH a long time. Ruthie, and some other girls from work and me are gonna go see it again tonight. I called and got our tix yesterday. Not bad really. I'm excited. Though they want to go up to the bar for a few drinks prior too. So chances are I'll end up strolling down to see if B&N is still open, I think that one may be open til like 11, I'm not sure. I know one of them is. I have no desire to sit in a bar while people get wasted knowing that Ima have to deal with them on the drive home anyhow. One more year though. Being 20 sucks. 18 is okay because of stupid things. 19 is alright but 20 is that really bad inbetween point. But I guess I should be greateful that everyone thinks I'm over 21 seeing as I typically act like a 2 year old at heart.
