Finals are over, I'm free for a couple of weeks, thankfully. I'll be going to see my wonderful girlfriend the day after Christmas, thanks to the wonderful Don at work who was so kind as to take half of my shift for me. God he's such a sweetheart. I always joke that I want to trade my dad for him.
But yes, back to this business of Christmas. It sucks. I hate the holiday, it's just an excuse for big business to make lots of money. How many kids/people even know why Christmas even exists to start?
Whatever.
But, I'm glad when I go into stores I'm greeted with Happy Holidays and not Merry Christmas. Not all religions believe in Christmas and not all shoppers out during this month are Christmas shoppers.
I love to bitch in these things but whatever. I'm freezing my tits off here. My space heater broke and I need to go buy a new one and call the company about my old one. Bleh. Damn attic living.
But I digress(sp?). I need to go have my wrist tat's touched up next month after the holidays. He was so concentrated on the fine points of the font that he didn't fill it in so completely but I'm so impressed at how well it turned out. I will still never go anywhere but ZSpot. Speaking of Z saw my back tat and was like "holy shit did i do that? that needs touched up bad." I guess from the summer and all the concerts and outdoor-y-ness it's faded a bit. So after the holidays I'll get it all taken care of. I'm already plotting what I want on my ankles. I'm going to be a walking lyric book by the time i'm 80. So I'm thinking of "Note to self I miss you terribly" on my one ankle.
